Boards engage us when an internal matter requires independent inquiry, when existing counsel has a conflict, or when the investigation itself needs to withstand external scrutiny. We handle the investigation, produce a report, and advise on next steps.

When a regulator, investigator, or law enforcement agency makes contact, the first seventy-two hours shape the rest of the matter. We advise on document preservation, witness preparation, and the response strategy, whether the inquiry is civil, regulatory, or criminal.
